These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of podcasting services by Nobis Media Ltd T/A The Podcast Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to you, the client (“you” or “your”). By booking our services, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Service Overview
The Podcast Studio provides remote podcast production services, including the provision of a professional podcast host and the facilitation of remote video podcast recordings using platforms such as Zoom or Riverside.fm (where selected).
2. Ownership and Copyright
All raw and edited podcast recordings, including video and audio files, remain the property of you, the client, upon full payment.
We retain no claim of ownership over the content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are granted full rights to use, publish, edit or distribute the final media across platforms of your choice.
We reserve the right to use brief extracts (up to 30 seconds) of your published episodes for our portfolio, marketing or promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.
3. Payment Terms
All services are pre-pay only, unless a prior agreement has been made in writing.
Invoices must be paid before any recording or editing work commences.
Late payments may result in the delay or cancellation of scheduled sessions.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may incur a charge of up to 50% of the session fee. Sessions rescheduled due to technical issues on our end will be rebooked at no extra cost to you.
5. Monthly Plans
As of June 1 2025, we offer three monthly service tiers. All packages are based on one podcast series of six consecutive monthly bookings hosted and recorded remotely.

6. Delivery and Timelines
Final files are delivered via a secure download link (Google Drive, Dropbox or similar).
Standard delivery for edited episodes is 5 working days from recording unless agreed otherwise.
7. Technical Requirements
Clients must ensure they have a stable internet connection and a working microphone and camera for remote recordings.
The Podcast Studio is not responsible for poor recording quality resulting from client-side equipment or environment.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to deliver a professional recording experience, we are not liable for losses caused by software failures (e.g. Zoom or Riverside outages) or client-side technical problems.
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the services paid for.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
